From Floridaโs keys to the dmv, the swamp and nasty mob are some of the most diverse and eclectic fanbases around. From iconic fashion sense to warm and welcoming smiles, both fan bases, united in their love for bad bitches who be raging, were in for a treat on October the 28th and 29th. in Dallas, Tx, Rico โtaco Bellaโ nasty and the swamp princess doechii herself took to their respective stages to electrify and entertain their loving fans.
Rico nasty performed in deep Ellum at the historic bomb factory performance venue and absolutely electrified everyone in attendance. Performing classics like โkey lime ogโ and โBitch Iโm nasty,โ along with the fan favorites โrageโ and of course โsmack a bitch.โ A time was had, but one of the most iconic parts by far was the myriad of different aesthetics that the nasty mob came to display. From fishnets and creepers to crop tops and bamboos, there was no one way to show up to see Rico. At one point during the show she shocked everyone and had them on their toes, performing a cut so deep that everyone drew the same conclusion: doechii was here. To thunderous applause Rico said โletโs take it to the swamp.โ Everyone in attendance who was familiar with Rico knew of the track, affectionately titled โswamp b!tches,โ where both nasty and the swamp princess showed off their lyrical prowess.
There wasnโt a silent voice in the house as Rico put on a fabulous show, leaving all of her fans wanting more.
The following night proved to be just as epic, if not more so. The swamp princess took the stage of the Toyota music factory in Irving to the warm (it was not warm, it was cold as hell) Dallas welcome. Belting out illustrious tracks like โcrazy,โ โstressed,โ and of course โswamp B!tches,โ a time was had and memories were made. I know what youโre thinking, โIf Rico didnโt bring out doechii, doechii was going to bring Rico out right?โ I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately neither was able to join the other on-stage.
And in almost identical fashion to Rico nasty, concert goers alike were dressed to the nines. Especially the Mario and Luigi cosplayers. There was even a spookie coochie, which was beautifully done and for doechii? So very appropriate.
I was lucky enough to attend both shows, as both women hold a special place in my heart, so you know i was hoarse immediately after both. The swamp b!tches were everything and more, so if you were like me and got to experience it i know you wish you could do it all over again.
