Why is my order taking so long?
If there is a delay in your order, contact our team via email at altdarlingco@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Please keep in mind that we are a one woman run shop.
Do you use AI?
Absolutely not! Alt Darling is anti-AI. We don’t use it for designs, articles, ANYTHING!
Why was I charged twice for shipping?
Some of our products, such as clothing, is made to order by a print on demand manufacturer. Jewelry is shipped from our shop. We use print on demand services to keep items affordable by eliminating storage and production costs and waste.
How can I vend at an event?
You can apply to be a vendor for an event we are hosting here. If we have an event that we feel fits your business, we will contact you.
How can I help the magazine?
We are so glad you want to help us thrive! The best way to support us it to spread the word or leave a donation. Donations help cover site fees to keep us online, travel costs for coverage, and to help pay our contributors! We also are always looking for more people to add to our team!
